We work with natural materials and artisan production — and we are honest about what we can and cannot claim.
Natural Materials
Our primary materials are bamboo and cane — renewable resources that grow abundantly in Northeast India. We avoid unnecessary synthetic additions unless required for structural integrity.
Handmade Production
Products are made in small workshops and cooperatives using hand tools and traditional techniques. This keeps energy use low and supports local employment.
What We Do Not Claim
We do not describe our products as carbon neutral or fully eco-certified unless independently verified. Sustainability for us means transparency about materials, process, and origin — and products built to last rather than replace.
